Job Title: Lead Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Power Platform Developer to join our team at Frank Recruitment Group. As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom Plug-ins.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
  • Power Platform Mastery: Possess extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom Plug-ins, with a strong understanding of integration techniques such as REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Programming Expertise: Proficient in C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of database architecture and design.
  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Proven history of developing and deploying solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate ability to lead development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Certifications: Preferably holding certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, and Azure (e.g., AZ-204).

Desirable Skills:

  • Database Systems Knowledge: Understanding of relational database systems and proficiency in T-SQL.
  • Azure & DevOps Skills: Experience in Azure development, DevOps processes, and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong skills in integration design and development, with a focus on creating seamless workflows.
  • Documentation & Testing: Ability to create detailed documentation and perform acceptance testing.
  • Power Pages: Experience in crafting and maintaining Power Pages to enhance user experiences.

What We Offer:

This is a salaried role paying up to £80,000 per annum and offers a hybrid working environment.
