Network Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Estate Optimization Team Lead to join our logistics operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our estate optimization efforts, ensuring that our network is running efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:- Implement and manage a continuous review process of store capacities and slot offerings to maximize customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Proactively seek to reduce zoned postcode offerings through new processes or tools.
- Improve robustness within our delivered sales service to minimize customer impacts.
- Manage a team of network planners to ensure we are being creative and proactive in driving our delivered sales service.
- Use a model to measure and track our network capacity to inform our investment strategy and understand the operational realities.
- Experienced in managing a team.
- Knowledge of online industry best practices for a logistics operation.
- Competitive salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
