Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network and Capacity Planning Team Member to join our Ecommerce Planning team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in providing support to the ecommerce planning team in improving online trading opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing store profiles based on data-driven evidence to inform business decisions. You will also maintain key databases and tools used by the online planning team, ensuring they're up-to-date with the latest practices. Additionally, you will test new systems and integrate them with existing processes and tools to ensure seamless operations.

You will identify opportunities within the online operating model and space utilization to release additional capacity across the network. You will work closely with Ecomm, digital operations, and retail teams to successfully implement changes. Furthermore, you will plan and monitor growth for future capacity planning, using data to inform investment strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with intermediate Excel skills and experience working in a logistics function. Previous experience in a planning role is desirable. If you have a proactive approach to dealing with problems and queries in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

The salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
