About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at SignatureStaff. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and providing exceptional care and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the daily schedules of three children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage daily schedules for the children
  • Help with homework and organize tutoring sessions
  • Liaise with schools and ensure correspondence is dealt with
  • Drive the children to activities and ensure they arrive on time
  • Perform light household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space

Requirements:

  • Degree in childcare or related field (Desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in childcare or related field (Essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Driving license essential

Salary: £54,000 - £59,000 per annum based on experience.
