This role requires you to provide safety, support, care, and guidance to families undergoing parenting assessments. You will work closely with various professionals, including Social Workers, Police, Legal Services, Education, and Health, to ensure the best possible outcomes for families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively within a 24-hour shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding children at all times.

As a highly skilled and dedicated professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting parents and children to meet their own and their children's needs
  • Promoting key life skills and appropriate behaviours
  • Safeguarding children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
  • Completing domestic tasks as needed
  • Attending team meetings, supervision, and training

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.00, company pension, and opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.
