Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South West England and South Wales region.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive sales growth in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead sales strategies across the South West of England, and South Wales, focusing on Trusts and Private Hospitals to meet or exceed Sales Targets.
  • Provide expert product information and consultative sales services to a diverse professional customer base including Procurement Officers, Theatre Managers, Anaesthetic Consultants, and ITU Nurses, among others.
  • Utilize a dynamic sales approach to promote our comprehensive product range, from Anaesthetic products used in Theatre and ITU settings to cutting-edge monitoring equipment.
  • Continuously update and enhance your product knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to offer solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
  • Provide feedback and reporting on activity.

About You:

Candidate will ideally be based in the Bristol area, or its surroundings.

Experience in medical sales, ideally with direct exposure to our target market segments, or a strong clinical or medical engineering background with a keen interest in advancing into sales. A commitment to excellence, with a customer-focused ethos that aligns with PROACT Medical's values.

Proactive, self-driven, with the ability to manage your territory and schedule effectively, focusing on high-value activities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to engage with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

Competent with Microsoft Office especially use of Excel spreadsheets and a basic level of computer literacy required to maintain Company CRM for your territory.
