IT Services Account Manager Role
**About the Opportunity**
ISR Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled IT Account Manager to join our team. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, managing day-to-day contact with customers, developing long-term strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or service management operating within the IT industry, ideally involved with products across IT hardware/software, Cyber Security, and Cloud services
* Strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft suite of applications
* Ability to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients' IT customers
* Previous experience working as the primary technical and commercial point of contact, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests
