The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at ISR Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, managing day-to-day contact with customers, developing long-term strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft Suite of applications. They will be able to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients' IT customers and have previous experience working as the primary technical and commercial point of contact, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account management strategies to grow key IT accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their IT customers
- Manage day-to-day contact with clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions
- Develop long-term strategies to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
