About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Account Manager to join our team at ISR Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing day-to-day contact, and developing long-term strategies to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships
  • Manage day-to-day contact with clients, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued growth and success
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or service management within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft suite of applications
  • Ability to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and their IT customers
  • Previous experience working as the primary technical and commercial point of contact
