The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled IT Account Manager to join our team at ISR Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, managing day-to-day contact with customers, developing long-term strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft suite of applications. They will be able to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients' IT customers and have previous experience working as the primary technical and commercial point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to grow key IT accounts
  • Manage day-to-day contact with clients, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' IT customers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or service management operating within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft suite of applications
  • Ability to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients' IT customers
