We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Professional to join our team at Proactive Global's production facility in Preston. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead our maintenance team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our client.

About the Position:

As Senior Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers, developing and implementing effective maintenance plans, and analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and manage budgets and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Possess a formal engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of up to £57,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including pension, holidays, and training opportunities.
