About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Learning for Maths to join our team at Star Academies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving standards and raising pupil outcomes. You will be an experienced teacher with a passion for mathematics and a commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a knowledge-based academic curriculum for mathematics
  • Lead a successful faculty and motivate colleagues to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Coach and mentor teachers to improve teaching and learning practices
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil progress and attainment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education
