Job Description:
We are recruiting Psychology Graduates to support a SEND School in Bolton. The role would be working as a Therapeutic Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils from the ages of 11-19 with a primary diagnosis of Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable supporting pupils with Autism
- Ability to engage and support pupils learning
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
- Develop therapeutic relationships with pupils
- To promote and support the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities and maximise their achievement

Requirements:
- Experience in supporting children or young adults with SEND needs is desirable but is not essential
