Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials and Production Administrator to join our team at Rachel Hill Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Materials Management: Calculate material requirements, create Bills-of-Materials, and maintain accurate records.
  • Production Support: Assist in the creation of Engineering Change Requests, verify data for completeness and accuracy, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to departmental initiatives and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with the Engineering team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Teamwork: Strong teaming skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm, Friday: 8am to 2pm. Fully office-based position.
