About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our Information and Digital Delivery Team at gtd healthcare, a leading Primary and Urgent care provider in North West England.

As an IT Support Officer, you will play a critical role in providing specialist information management and technology support to drive our service delivery model. You will work closely with our Digital Technical Support and Business Intelligence Development teams to ensure the smooth operation of our business, information management, technology, and communications network and systems applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and support the implementation of new technologies and systems, working closely with 3rd party vendors.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of our technology infrastructure, including cross-platform call recording technologies.
  • Support the delivery of our IM&T infrastructure, enabling true mobile working across all areas.
  • Develop and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans for our technology portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for more efficient and innovative solutions to service delivery and business functions through the use of technology.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of database applications and other information systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in deployment and the ability to work with 3rd party vendors.
  • A current valid driver's license is essential for this role.
