About the Role

Gtd Healthcare is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Information and Digital Delivery Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide specialist information management and technology support to drive our service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality IT support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the IM&T function to deliver a quality service aligned with good practice across all areas, including Incident Resolution, Service Transition, Technology Deployment, and Technology Disaster Recovery.
  • Support the delivery of the IM&T infrastructure to ensure true mobile working is achieved.
  • Support business continuity/disaster recovery plans for the technology portfolio and the development and management of plans for the recovery of data and systems in the event of planned and unplanned systems failure.
Requirements
  • Experience with core Internet technologies.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure components.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships at all levels within and external to Gtd Healthcare.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively, individually and as part of a team.
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving demonstrated in an information systems environment.
