About the Role

Gtd Healthcare is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Information and Digital Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist information management and technology support to drive our service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of our IT infrastructure, ensuring a high degree of ownership and responsibility for all matters within the IT environment.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to deploy and implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a curious and innovative mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve our IT services and processes.
  • Work closely with the team to share knowledge and best practices, and to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to support the delivery of our IT services.
  • Manage priorities effectively, both individually and as part of a team, to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Support the development and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with experience in information systems environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively, individually and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to ensuring full inclusion for all individuals.
  • Experience with core Internet technologies, IT infrastructure components, and Windows Operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and role-based permissions.
