About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our Information and Digital Delivery Team at gtd healthcare, a leading provider of Primary and Urgent care services in North West England.

As an IT Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, providing specialist information management and technology support to drive our service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage technology solutions to meet business needs, working with 3rd party vendors as required.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of our telephony platform, including cross-platform call recording technologies.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality IM&T services, aligned with good practice across all areas, including Incident Resolution, Service Transition, Technology Deployment, and Technology Disaster Recovery.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the technology portfolio, ensuring the recovery of data and systems in the event of planned and unplanned systems failure.
  • Collaborate with the IM&T function to identify opportunities for more efficient and innovative solutions to service delivery and business functions through the use of technology.
  • Develop and implement new and innovative technologies, including hardware and software solutions, to enhance gtd healthcare's efficiency, capability, and quality of patient care.
Requirements
  • Experience in deployment and the ability to work with 3rd party vendors.
  • A current valid driver's license is essential for this role.
