Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. This is a full-time position that requires significant practical engineering experience, including a supervisory role managing people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting, and mentoring a team of engineering technicians to ensure they work in a safe, standard, and efficient manner. They will also work with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the team to maintain a high level of equipment availability.
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Work with the team and wider network to build solutions and improve processes.
  • Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance.
  • Organize local projects or support EU-level projects as assigned by the manager.
