Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reliability and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.
About the Role
The Reliability and Maintenance Engineering team is fundamental to our operations, keeping vital machinery running at all times. As a key member of this team, you will help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the availability and quality of our equipment
- Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on site equipment
- Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across EU sites
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship or qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject
- Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Advanced proficiency in English verbally and in writing
- PREFERRED qualifications include experience in condition-based monitoring and working with print and apply machines
