Nursery Teaching Assistant - Wolverhampton Opportunity

This position will provide you with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young students. As a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting all pupils in the Nursery, fostering positive relationships, and upholding the school's values and policies.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for providing personalized support and assistance to specific students, promoting self-confidence and independence.
  • Developing and adapting teaching strategies and resources to accommodate each student's unique learning style and abilities.
Requirements:
  • A Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with children in a 1:1 capacity, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
