Teaching Position at Regency High School

The successful candidate will teach students across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5, with opportunities to develop and deliver innovative teaching programs that promote academic excellence and personal growth.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans, collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and improvement in teaching practices.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
  5. Meet the requirements of Qualified Teacher Status, demonstrating expertise in teaching and learning.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching programs.
  • Experience working with pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, with a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
  • Commitment to extending and enriching provision for pupils beyond the school day, enhancing their overall educational experience.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

Regency High School prioritizes safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and medical clearance check.

Salary and Career Progression: Range from £43,685 to £93,177 per annum, depending on experience.
