As an Operational HR Administrator, you will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver exceptional HR services to the business, covering all areas of HR in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data analysis and technical tasks.
- Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the HR team to deliver HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance HR service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy HR department, excellent technical skills, and a desire to add value to the HR team.
