We are working with an established Global manufacturer, local to the Ealing/West London area, who are looking to employ a Customer Service Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract covering Maternity Leave.
The package includes:
• Salary c£30k (flexible for the right person)
• 38 hour week (early finish Fridays)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (and the option to buy 5 more)
• Company pension
• Healthcare scheme
• Excellent travel routes to the site via bus, train and tube station, parking is also available.
The role will involve delivering an exemplary level of customer service from start to finish, order processing, pricing and commercial invoicing through to shipping the goods internationally. Customs and shipping experience would be useful, however full training in this area as well as on systems and products will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Process orders and manage commercial invoicing
- Ship goods internationally and manage customs documentation
- Work with multiple accounts and customers
- Utilize CRM database and Microsoft Office packages
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in customer service or sales administration
- Knowledge of shipping and import documentation (desirable)
- Confidence working with multiple accounts and customers
- Proficiency in CRM database and Microsoft Office packages
