Customer Service Representative

We are working with a leading global manufacturer based in West London who are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to cover a 12-month fixed term contract due to maternity leave.
The package includes:
• Salary circa £30,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
• 38 hour week with early finish on Fridays
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional leave)
• Company pension scheme
• Healthcare benefits
• Excellent transport links to the site via bus, train, and tube station, with parking available
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish, including order processing, pricing, and commercial invoicing, as well as shipping goods internationally. Customs and shipping experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided on systems and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Process orders and manage commercial invoicing
- Coordinate shipping and logistics
- Work effectively with multiple accounts and customers
- Utilize CRM database and Microsoft Office packages
Requirements
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service or sales administration
- Knowledge of shipping and import documentation (desirable)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
