About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing leadership and working closely with the Matron to enhance nursing practice and strategy. This will involve managing the department, ensuring 24-hour cover for the service, and facilitating evidence-based care at ward level.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing leadership and work with the Matron to enhance nursing practice and strategy
