We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our sales and delivery teams, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, updates, and reporting to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned client bases, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the management team.
  • Attend client meetings, providing technical recommendations and advice to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering excellent customer service and managing client accounts.
  • Knowledge of best practice for IT service management.
  • Ability to define and deliver an IT roadmap for client accounts.
  • Ability to 'manage up' and cultivate strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.

Estimated salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) based on Bristol location.
