We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Casual Recovery Worker to join our team at Derwent Square, a mental health project providing supported housing to individuals in need.

As a Casual Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community. You will work closely with them to develop personalized support plans, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to residents
  • Assisting with daily living skills and medication management
