About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team in Liverpool. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to our diverse client group.

Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with our clients to help them determine their goals, ambitions, and passions, and develop a tailored treatment plan to support their recovery. This will involve delivering continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, and delivery of interventions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a health, social care, or related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to prioritise work
  • Good organisational and time management skills
