Medical Secretary Position

We are seeking a highly skilled medical secretary to join our team at Direct Medics Recruitment. Working closely with the NIAS Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the provision of administrative support to the medical team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including minute-taking and note-taking at committee level and meetings.
- Provide high-quality word processing, spreadsheet creation, and database management using Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team environment, promoting excellent customer service and effective collaboration.
- Minimum two years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car, with a willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate: £14.41 - £15.
