Learning Support Assistant Manager

**Job Description:**
As a Learning Support Assistant Manager at Protocol Education Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic success of our students. You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting individual students in active learning across the curriculum.
- Differentiating lesson resources and observing, recording, and providing feedback on students' performance.
- Collaborating with teachers and colleagues to develop effective learning strategies.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Qualification in supporting teaching and learning at Level 2 or above.
- Experience in supporting learners with cognition and learning needs.
**Desirable Qualifications and Experience:**
- Experience working with students on the Autism spectrum.
- Specialist skills, training, or experience.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
