We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Trimmer / Upholsterer to join our team at Tech Connect Group in Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leather or fabric trimming, preferably within a technical industry such as Aviation or Automotive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming leather and fabric flat panels, understanding and interpreting patterns for aircraft seat cushions and backs, fabricating and cutting of foams, and cutting fabrics accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trimming leather and fabric flat panels.
  • Understanding and interpreting patterns for aircraft seat cushions and backs.
  • Fabricating and cutting of foams.
  • Cutting fabrics accurately.
  • Use of spray booth (adhesives not paint).
  • Communicating effectively & professionally with colleagues.

Requirements include:

  • Aircraft cabin interior experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
  • Team player, enthusiastic with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
