We are seeking a Senior Electrification Specialist to support the development of battery performance across all electrification programmes throughout the business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to progress their career in a high technology environment.

Ideally, you will have a demonstrable background in electrification, with experience in the automotive sector being highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for improving battery performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components
