Job Description:

Tech Connect Group is seeking a skilled Aerospace Trimming and Upholstering Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in leather or fabric trimming, preferably in a technical industry such as Aviation or Automotive.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Trimming leather and fabric flat panels to high quality standards.
  2. Interpreting and understanding patterns for aircraft seat cushions and backs.
  3. Fabricating and cutting of foams to meet customer requirements.
  4. Cutting fabrics accurately and efficiently.
  5. Operating a spray booth for adhesives.
  6. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:
  1. Aircraft cabin interior experience is a plus but not essential.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  4. Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
