Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Wolters Kluwer. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our customers by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including consultation, training, and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive customer growth
  • Develop and maintain customer success metrics and data to inform business decisions
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of helping customers achieve business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in the accounting software industry is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in delivering software solutions to customers is essential
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools and methodology
