About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences, and conduct regular reviews and reports on customer success activities and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
