• Manage outpatient reception services, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all patients.

• Coordinate patient transport, referrals, and digital triage, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Collaborate with the wider administrative team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the patient pathway.
