Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Project Manager to lead our project planning activities at CV Library. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cost management, project planning, and leadership.

About the Role:

  • Lead project planning activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective management of resources
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cost management and leadership
  • Degree-qualified in a related field, such as quantity surveying or business administration
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
