As a Hotel Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

About the Job

You will be responsible for processing check-ins and check-outs, handling hotel payments, and assisting with bookings, while also resolving any guest inquiries or issues that may arise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Foster a positive first impression by warmly greeting guests and efficiently processing their arrivals and departures.
  2. Accurately manage hotel transactions, including payments and booking confirmations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
