We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our business support team at Meridian Business Support. As a Secretary, you will provide direct support to allocated Directors and Senior Associates, as well as regional support to Fee Earners through a workflow system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce various documents and reports for Fee Earners, ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support for Directors, including diary management, processing expenses, and booking travel.
  • Create and amend documents, adhering to the company's house style and formatting guidelines.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and quality.
  • Manage the lifecycle of document production, from creation to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain document templates, ensuring consistency with the company's house style.
  • Save all documentation to the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Transcribe emails and letters using dictation software.
  • Produce CVs, presentations, HR templates, business development documents, and other materials as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Secretary, Legal Secretary, Medical Secretary, Document Production Specialist, Business Support Specialist, Document Production Assistant, Personal Assistant, PA, or Secretarial Administrator.
  • Solid copy typing, audio typing/digital dictation, and MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Experience using a document management system (DMS), such as SharePoint.

  • Competitive salary range of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
