Job Overview

DPD Group UK is seeking a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely parcel delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload parcels from our 3.5-tonne vans
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect parcels from customers and return them to the depot
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
  • Previous driving experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
