About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

About You

We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will have a positive attitude and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. You will also have a full UK manual driving licence and be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
