Job Description

Role Overview

As a Collection and Delivery Driver for DPD Group UK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. This position requires a valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation, as well as 12 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load parcels at the depot and assist with delivery and collection schedules
  • Operate a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck for heavier items
  • Provide great customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Work to deadlines, be flexible, and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Lift, load, and carry parcels as required

Requirements

  • Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
