Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely parcel delivery and collection. Your expertise in operating a 7.5-tonne goods vehicle will be essential in providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a 7.5-tonne goods vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Ensure compliance with DPD's health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
