Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver

As a 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD Group UK, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and deliver parcels safely and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
  • Assist with depot operations, including loading and unloading parcels
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
