Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and timely transportation of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
