Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in providing a great service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
  • Assist with depot operations, including loading and unloading parcels
  • Meet safety and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card), and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
