About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parcel delivery service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)

About You

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a team player, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. You will also have a clean driving licence and be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
