We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our 4-star hotel in Thame, near Oxford.

  • Lead the Bar team to ensure brand standards are met and guest satisfaction is high.

  • Develop and implement effective training programs for the team.
