Lead the Bar Team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry

We are seeking an experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Bar team, ensuring brand standards are maintained, and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Bar team to achieve revenue targets and maintain high standards of service
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to deliver seamless service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
  • Up-to-date knowledge of wines and spirits
